So I’m kinda mixed on my review here. I love these sausages, but one of the bags In the case did not look right. The sausages had some green residue on them. Not sure what it is, but doesn’t look nearly as appetizing as the normal brown red color.
Just be sure to check every bag in the case before opening them. That way you can return them if need be.

This is what packaged sausages are supposed to taste like. Yes, as some point out, they’re greasy. It’s meat. This is not full of fillers like the common variety gas station meat rod, which contain little meat with a whole lot of garbage. Love Hatch chilis and this flavor does not disappoint. I wish I didn’t want to eat the entire bag in one sitting, though I’m not sure that’s anyone’s fault but my own. You done good Duke, you done good.

Love these little spicy snacks, especially during a keto stint where the need to snack on something is sometimes overwhelming. These are just the right amount of kick to be noticed, but not too hot. Somewhere between mild and medium pepper heat, I’d say. They are a go-to for a wake-me-up jumpstart in mid-afternoon when I’m feeling nappy! Enjoy with abandon!
