Outstanding taste of pork with a bit of sweetness and spices. No harmful additives like nitrites. Very addictive, can easily go through the entire package of eight small sausages (5 ounces) in a sitting.

This is my favorite flavor from Duke’s. The sweet and smokey flavor really hits the spot. The only (small) negative is the inside of the bag is greasy. This is not the case with other Duke’s products so not sure what is going on with these. But, I will not keep me from ordering these again…and again…and again…

These things are absolutely addictive! I like to keep keto…and these are perfect!! 2 sausages = 1 carb! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The flavor is perfect…the texture is sooooo satisfying!! These aren’t the old SlimJim style of dried leather jerky sticks. Duke’s are savory, substantial and scrumptious! They taste like you just took them out of the smoker!

Really glad to receive it without mold this year. But about 6 servings of 2 links should include 11-12 links instead of 10/bag. No wonder I finished faster than expected.

I’ve been a big fan of Dukes but my local grocery stores only ever carry the original and hot & spicy flavors. I really wanted to try the Hickory BBQ, and my only option was an 8 pack from here. I should have heeded the other reviews, as my box also included at least 1 bag totally molded. The other 7 appear ok, but I’ll find out once I open them. All packages were from the same batch and had an expire date of 02/2023 – I purchased them 05/2022. So at least they weren’t expired like some others have said. I’m not going to bother trying to get a refund, as it doesn’t seem anyone has had luck doing that. Lesson simply learned and I will not be ordering bulk packs ever again.
As far as the Hickory BBQ flavor goes, it’s better than original but not as good as the hot & spicy or teriyaki options. If you like dukes, I’d stick to those two and you can pretty easily find them locally or as single packs.

We bought a bulk pack of these to try out because for some reason, it sounded interesting. Duke’s products as a whole are very savory and delicious and make great snacks. These on the other hand…well, no one is perfect. The usual texture of the sausages are a bit moist and gushing with flavor, as most meat snacks. These are very “cakey” and the peach flavor is more overwhelming that the BBQ taste should be. I couldn’t bring myself to finish one pack of these and we wound up giving what we could away.
These just don’t taste “right”, not in a bad quality way, but in a “just because we can, doesn’t mean we should” kind of way.
I wouldn’t recommend this one. There are other sweet meats out there and this isn’t it.

This treat became familiar after trying a purchase of them at Walgreens a few years ago. These bags in a box purchase are equally good. Only caution is to consume soon after opening as one bag got moldy when not consumed quickly.

I was looking for something less expensive for my cheese board.
All packages came mold free, but they were sweating as if they were stored in warmer temps than they should.
Other than that they tasted fine. The Peach BBQ one has a mellow flavor that isn’t hard on your stomach.
If only the prices were more reasonable, but that goes with anything these days….
