Let’s go straight to the elephant in the room — these are rock hard, and if you eat them incorrectly, they could cause damage to your dental work. These are NOT your normal pork rind, and I don’t know why people who buy it complain when they’re getting exactly what is describe.
I don’t chew them at first, I take a few, put them in my mouth and suck on them for a few minutes. The flavor is delicious while doing this. Within a few minutes they are much easier to chew.
These are a delicious low-carb snack. I love them.
