I tried everything to get to pop. In bag, out of bag, on a paper plates etc. The few that would pop were like grilled. Such a great used wasted. Also many loose in the box. Don’t waste your monet. There’s a reason these aren’t sold in the wild

The ones that “popped” were delicious (super salty, but that’s not a bug, that’s a feature for me), but microwaving them, I ended up with half of each bag that didn’t puff up, and they’re inedible when they’re like that. Like chewy rocks. I might try leaving them in a little longer and seeing if that works. If I can get the whole bag to puff, I’d happily buy these again.
UPDATE: the problem was the cook time. Once I nailed that, they came out great. (Three and a half minutes was the perfect amount of time.)

I was scared of these at first. I love pork rinds but they are not always the most convenient snack for work as they can get broken pretty easily. I decided to give these a try. I should not have been nervous, they are delicious and they work! I don’t know how they work,I am assuming some sort of ancient Druid magic is involved. Just like with microwave popcorn, there may be a few that fail to expand completely, but the vast majority, around 97%, do what they were meant to do. It was hard to gauge how long to heat them for, but now I have found the magic number for my microwave, 2 minutes and 37 seconds if you are wondering. I now keep them around for a quick snack and most likely will for a long time.

I follow a Keto diet so these are great for snacking and they are much better than traditional pork rinds as they are not dry. The bad part is it looks like I can no longer get them from Amazon.

I hoped these would be better than they were. I did taste that ammonia flavor after popped like some other people mentioned and that was a turn off for me. That taste makes it near impossible to enjoy.

These are so tasty, especially the spicy. So much so, that it makes me suspicious on why they are nearly impossible to find out in the wild (the real world outside of Amazon). Like, why are they so darn delicious? Do they have WD-40 in them? Will they make me grow a butt beard? It’s really hard to care. If you like pork rinds, they’re that good.

These have a nice flavor and you can’t beat fresh pork rinds.
Only about half of the product puffs. The unplugged could damage your teeth. They are so hard.

These are great, super super salty though. Cut the salt in 1/2 and they’d be better. Spicy is WAY better than the Original. I actually like the Original more, but they are more salty than the spicy

If you could eat a snack freshly popped, why not? I am thoroughly impressed. This is as easy as popping popcorn. The bag even looks like a microwave popcorn bag. It doesn’t actually "pop" the way popcorn does (no sound) but they definitely cooked in the microwave. I ended up with a yummy plateful of fresh pork rinds. I have a small microwave of 900 watts. After two minutes 95% of the bag popped. I do have a couple of tiny pieces that I won’t eat because they don’t look done. However, the yield is good.
I’m on a low carb diet so it is nice to have something crunchy like this to be able to eat. Warm and yummy.
