These peppers are large with nice thick walls and almost no white membranes. Very fresh a& tasty. Sautéed them the other night to go with chicken Fajitas. Yum !! Have bought before – will buy again.

I used these for stuffed peppers I intended on freezing. They kept their color thru cooking and freezing. Waited a few days to make them and they still looked great. Had good flavor as well
