Had these for two years and it definitely keeps my salad and greens lasting longer.

They don’t seem to be making much of a difference at all compared to the drawers where they aren’t placed. I’m glad I didn’t order more or order refills! There are so many free "hacks" on how to preserve each type of vegetable that I’d really recommend them along with the cheap green foam-like liner for your produce. I’ve found the best difference in preserving lettuce & other produce is by using plastic containers with a small slitted bottom (that allows water to drip) and holes for air to escape. Those work great.

I put them in a bowl with the banana and put a lid on the bowl. The bananas last DAYS beyond what they did before I used these blue apples. I ordered two more and put one each into the vegetable draws in the fridge. They seem to work well there, too. I’ll probably give these as Christmas presents this December.

I’ve been using them for about 2 weeks – so although I can’t attest to its longevity yet, I can attest to that they really work!! I like fruits and veggies – but I don’t like to eat them every day. As a single person, inevitably, most go bad before I have time to finish them. I heard about this product on a video and thought, what can I lose? I tried them first on my most favorite: bananas. I put the bananas in a covered bowl and put the little ‘apple’ inside. I was actually able to eat the entire bunch – without having to eat one or two every day! Minimal brown spots on the last one and none on under the peel. I was impressed. Then I tried it in the crisper with fresh vegetables: string beans in this case. After a week, I went for a second serving in the bag. They still were crispy and had a great snap. I was sold! Great investment! Super easy to use; you get two apples and two packets – just put a packet in each apple and snap it shut. I did read in the instructions that you shouldn’t leave the ‘apples’ out in the open, so don’t forget to keep the sealable bag that they came in so you can store them to keep them active when not in use.

This little blue apple 😆 has saved be bags of potatoes and onions! Set it in the vegetable holder no more rotten veggies. Works in the fridge too, but you still have to store correctly.
