After watching many youtube videos I wanted to try a Lions Mane steak. It cooked well and taste and texture better than expected. The product was great and at a fair price. It arrived in a nice shipping pouch that kept the mushroom fresh but shipping cost makes me want to find a local vendor.

The shipping was my only issue. My first shipment never arrived and the second shipment took almost a week to arrive.I do not believe that the issue was on the sellers end at all, so I am leaving my review based on quality. I enjoyed the lions mane mushrooms quite a bit. They were a nice size and the taste was amazing.
