Bought this to try in place of the liquid version of Just egg which has been out of stock at the grocery store. I’ve used it as stated on the packaging then added it to recipes and it worked great!

It was easy to use. I cooked it in a skillet, adding pepper and garlic powder, when it got firm I diced it up like scrambled eggs. I served it on toast with ketchup for my four grandkids. The oldest two girls were on the fence. The toddlers loved it. And that’s saying a lot for my autistic grandson. Next time I fix them I’ll wait to have some cheese to add to it.

I was looking for a scrambled egg substitute for the Just Eggs I usually buy, but the company is having trouble keeping up with production. Someone on Facebook recommended this as ‘exactly the same but powdered’. I did not find this to be the case.
This isn’t horrible, it’s actually pretty close, but it misses the mark in the mouth. I found it grainy and lacked the ‘ah… eggs!’ quality to the flavor.
When doctored up it come close, but it will always just be close. I will wait for Just Eggs to figure out their issue, or do without.

The flavor was fine, especially with some added black salt. But it doesn’t fluff up in a way that would work as a vegan omelette. I am working on a vegan tortilla espanola and still haven’t found the perfect egg substitute.

I like this product better then other veggie egg seasonings because it isn’t just a bag of nutritional yeast. Actual seasoning in this product.

I tried two ways of cooking these. 1- microwave, 2- frying pan. Followed instructions to a T using their measurements. used cold water, used a hot pan. Neither version set up. It just became like half cooked batter no matter how long I cooked it. Very disappointed. I cannot comment on the taste because it didn’t set up enough for me to even dare venture into that texture. The color looked good, and it smelled good, but left a holy stack on mess in both the bowl in the microwave and my frying pan. Continuing search for edible just egg replacement.

These are pretty good vegan eggs and i used them for egg scrambles for people egg allergies. Personally, i think they are better tasting than just egg and have a longer shelf life.
That being said, this product is NOT easy to use. It is essential that you follow ALL the isntructions for “best quality” or else it wont turn out at all. We put the water in the fridge for 1 hour prior to cooking and get much better results. You absolutely have to use cold water, a preheated pan and all the other instruction notes or it doesnt turn out.
It does make a nice and fluffy chorizo egg scramble when you follow all directions, and its the best tasting vegan egg i have tried yet.
