Well this stuff is just cool. There seems to be a substitute for everything these days and who knew there would be a substitute for eggs? it’s so handy for those times when you are baking and have run out of eggs. I used to have to get in the car and run to the store, but no more. With a bag of this stored in the fridge, I can always have eggs. This works like a charm and I have already gone through almost a bag of it just because I can. For most users, a bag will last a long time. I just like to use it because it is handy. I have made so many things with this stuff and it all tastes wonderful, just as if I had used real eggs. Consistency of food doesn’t change either.

I made homemade chicken patties and trying to avoid food sensitivities which include eggs. Neat Egg looks gross and gelatinous once mixed w water but when added to recipe and mixed it’s fine. I didn’t taste anything but chicken and there wasn’t any unmixed “egg”. It mixed well.

Very good egg replacer for waffles!!! Very egg like consistency. Just be sure to whisk it nicely and it gets eggy in texture.

My son is allergic to eggs so I’ve been struggling to find something that can consistently replace eggs in recipes. Bananas work well in baking but the taste doesn’t work for every thing. This neat egg doesn’t change the taste of the recipe and is super easy. So far I’ve tried crab cakes, meat balls, oatmeal bread, banana bread, muffins, pancakes and cookies and they all came out as if I had used real eggs. This seriously has changed my cooking life!

I hadn’t used this type of product before, so I didn’t know what to expect. The product does have a bit of a salty taste – not “egg-like” at all. It serves it’s purpose as a binder for baking. I found that if I mixed the product in advance of using it that it continues to thicken over time. I recommend using it right away after you mix it.

I will try to work with this. It taste different. Not bad just different. It doesn’t look anything like an egg. It is brown and a little grainy. : (

The product worked very well in baking!

Very disappointed in this product. This product when used in baking is an unmitigated disaster. Not only did the final product (Lemon bars) have a funky texture, they tasted like bran muffins. Come on guys, this product doesn’t even come close to an egg substitute when it comes to baked goods. P.S., you can’t return them either.
