Great taste

This almond milk has a nutty vanilla taste (and smell, which makes it more enjoyable). Since it’s unsweetened, the flavor is not that strong; but I prefer unsweetened milk so I don’t add to much sugars in my diet.
While this was great for my oatmeal, baking or smoothies, I am a little concerned about the fact it contains carrageenan.

I buy this product before it runs out. That’s how much I like it. It’s a great way to hold oneself from eating because it has some base to it. It tastes great. Great for the money and healthier for me.

We originally switched from cow’s milk to almond milk out of concerns about hormones and it preteens. We started with the 80 calorie variety and after a few weeks we liked it. Tried another brand that was disgustingly sweet so we became married to Blue Diamond. It really is the best brand of Almond Milk.
After years of drinking the higher calorie Almond Milk and needing to lose a few pounds I switched to the 30 calorie variety. At first I will admit I hated it. But diets make you stick with stuff for a while. I ultimately came to like it.
I tried to go back to cow’s milk and it’s just too rich. I prefer almond milk now. Sticking to the 30 calorie even though I’ll admit the 60 & 80 is better.

This is a good substitute for cow milk for me.

How could you go wrong with this. I switched to almond milk about a year ago and I really enjoy this. I wouldn’t really cook with it but it’s tasty otherwise.

The Blue Diamond Almond Breeze is a great milk alternative. It’s a good alternative if you’re lactose intolerant or looking to cut some calories and sugar from your diet. The milk is smooth, creamy and has a mild almond flavor. The vanilla flavor is also quite mild, but both can be detected if used in savory dishes. The kid used the almond milk in macaroni and cheese, and it ended up giving the dish a sweet, nutty flavor to the dish. With that in mind, almond milk is good if you like the taste of almonds and don’t mind imparting a slightly nutty flavor when used in baked goods and entrees. If you want a substitute for milk that tastes most like milk, Oat is the closest I’ve tried so far. Overall, this is a good milk alternative that everyone in our house enjoyed.

The other leading brand is too thin, watery. This one is just right for me. Great with espresso coffee.

Almond milk is new to me, I wonder why it says lactose-free. It should not have that in it, right? it should be made of almonds nuts only, do they mix other almond milk with cow’s milk? just saying. This would be my milk of choice.
