They are really pretty good for powdered eggs. We like them better than the most expensive brand. It’s also better than the bag powdered eggs sold here. Are they as good as fresh eggs? Don’t be silly. Is it nice to have on hand when you run out of fresh eggs? You bet. It wouldn’t be fair to say, it’s better than nothing at all, because they really are pretty good. You just have to get the ratio powder to water just right. It’s also good for baking. Just add a little more fat (butter/margarine/oil/Crisco) because there’s no fat in a powdered egg.

Product was fine. Seller shipping was crap. All they did was throw the package in a plain plastic mailer in the mail. No padding. No box. No protection whatsoever. Package arrived crushed and dented. Had to transfer contents to another container. Seller tried to save a few pennies by sending via mail instead of UPS.

We have been using this for 2 years now from scrambled eggs to using it to bake with. There is nothing you we have not been able to use this with. We are very pleased with this brand.

I wouldn’t make super fancy custards or anything like that with it, but if you need safe egg for French Silk pie or something like cookies this works

This is the first time I tried this brand and does everything it says it does. This will whip up into a meringue in 5 minutes. Very pleased with my purchase!

Quality is great. Price is great. Only thing I wish is that it would mix a little smoother in water. Takes some extra mixing time but the benefits are worth it!

Powder smells fresh. Container shipped in envelope so was bent but not broken. Going to have some as a midnight snack. Will update. I’m hopeful though!
Update!
Yummier than regular eggs! In a small bowl I added 4 tbsp warm water and 2 tbsp of egg powder and mixed with a fork. Then added tbsp bacon bits and a large pinch of shredded cheese with salt and pepper. Mixed and microwaved for 30 seconds. So much flavor!! Highly recommend 👌 expensive tho
