Sure it’s not butter and I think they call it spread and I love cold buttery spread put it on toast or blueberry muffins… I usually don’t leave my butter outside my refrigerator so this item works perfect as even if it’s cold, it spreads real easy… This old man… 100% recommends this item… Get you some today… FYI… I would buy the biggest container you can… Enjoy…
