I typically use ghee instead of butter for most things as it’s just more healthful (a millenia-long Ayurvedic superfood); after using ghee for years and even making my own, I discovered that traditional ghee is cultured; i.e., the cream is fermented a bit before making butter (always a healthful move with dairy products). It’s more expensive (and ghee isn’t cheap to begin with), but Spring Sunrise’s seemed the best value for the price and it is also a subscribe-and-save item. I wasn’t disappointed: it’s delicious; way tastier than noncultured ghee, so now I take a spoonful every day as part of a health and antiaging regimen and use noncultured, less expensive ghee for cooking etc. This will be my go-to ghee now. What have I been buying at the store ?! This ghee smell and taste AMAZING!!!!!! I couldn’t stand the smell or taste of the store bought ghee. I’m always hesitant buying food on Amazon, but this was worth every penny. I use to buy from a local farm raw butter, but it always came in a plastic container which I prefer not to and it wasn’t organic. Anyways, I’ll be buying this product moving forward 💛

The taste of this ghee is many times better than a different brand I had tried. This one does not have even a suggestion of rancidity which the other one did. From the first taste, this ghee seems top-notch in quality and taste.

I live the taste and texture of this ghee. Also, it’s organic. It’s a little speedy though. I’m cotton try to make my own, but not with organic butter. The trick is not to burn it. I’ll update later, cost comparison in making it vs buying and how it tastes.

I make brown butter all the time. It adds such a great flavor dimension to so many things. I saw this and had to try it. It’s delicious. It falls closer to the sweet end of savory than regular brown butter but still mostly savory. If you taste it, it’s slightly reminiscent of caramel but without the sweetness. So far, I’ve used it on broccoli 😋

This product is nearly impossible to open! I often have to use TWO jar opener gloves, one to grip the jar and one to grip the lid. If you struggle with your hands, you will not enjoy this product. I absolutely wish they would put it in a different jar!!!!!!!
If you can get inside, the product is divine. Very smooth and rich texture, yummy nutty taste. I use it in bulletproof coffee and it would be a great option as actual butter if you have no refrigeration.
BUT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PACKAGE THIS STUFF BETTER PLEASE
