I’ve recently been on a hunt for the perfect feta, not too dry or finely crumbled, with a strong enough taste to stand up to various salad components and dressings. Finally found this; figured it was imported but then noticed it’s made in Wisconsin, which moves me to declare: This feta’s even betta than Wisconsin chedda!
My one quibble’s with the container, which is difficult to pry open and impossible to reseal. I repackaged it
in a container that had just been emptied of an inferior brand with a lid that pops off and snaps on.
