We were asked by some friends to bring back some reindeer sausage from Alaska so we picked up a few of Indian Valley’s Hot and Spicy Summer Reindeer Sausage. Now we wished we had brought more!!! SO GOOD! A bit of a bite but not overly hot. On a cheese platter with some good crackers and wine, HEAVEN! Wonderful picnic food. The only drawback is you might get tired of saying "No you are not eating Rudolf."
So yes, great for holiday parties.

Summer sausage tasted like, well, Summer Sausage. I purchased it based on the Hot and Spicy, and it had neither one.
