No they aren’t, they look like they need a scrubbing , which I gave them , but no dirt came off , it’s their jacket . I nuked two for five mins , slathered them with butter , and they were delicious

I haven’t had fresh potatoes like these in a long time. Fresh delivered this A.M. and I just cooked some w/ spinach, pineapple & curry powder for lunch. I love fresh potato taste & texture. These are the best I’ve had in years. My thanks to USA farmers <3.
