This is a great alternative to using a whole head of cabbage. When preparing a meal for maybe 1 or 2 persons (cabbage cooks down in volume) this makes a great stir fry( a couple dashes liquid amnios, garlic sauce, teriyaki sauce) you have an Asian inspired cabbage. The plus about this product is the convenience and the control serving portions – enough for 1 to 2 servings a stretch for 3 servings.
