Apples were fresh with minimal to no damage, handled with care. Came in good condition.
No longer have to worry about apples dented with finger prints or finger-nail punctures; like you would at a Public Grocery Store. Very pleased with this purchase, would buy this again.

These organic apples seem to stay fresh longer than the non organic. I especially like them because they are not too large, perfect for a small Waldorf salad for one. Had these and some Fiji’s and combined them for a home made slightly chunky applesauce. I’ve only used Golden Delicious before but the combo turned out to be very tasty.

I’ve ordered these multiple times and I am always pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the Amazon fresh produce.
I don’t order groceries online too often because most companies send you the worst produce ever. With Amazon, the price is a slightly higher but the quality is always on point.

I “accidentally” ordered 2 bags each of Amazon Fresh Gala and Fuji apples.So far I have used a bag of each to make two remarkable jars of applesauce. . if you have the time and a steamer pot and a blender, you will never buy pre-made again!! First, core the apples…after rinsing them…keep the skins on…many of the vitamins are in the skins. Use about 2-3 cups of good water in a steamer, and cut the apples into small pieces in the steamer top…a T-Fal apple corer (manual) is perfect for the job; steam until soft and toss the apples in a blender with some of the liquid in the base of the steamer pot. . .blend to your desired consistency…and if there is any juice left, you can drink it as apple juice. I cannot decide if I like the fuji or the gala better. . .they are both good and if you have an old applesauce jar, fit perfectly in that…also very yummy warm…no need to add anything else…these apples are REALLY DELICIOUS and you know exactly what’s in the jar!!
