So I took the parsley out of the package, cut the stems a bit, put them in a small glass of water, inserted the glass in a produce bag, closed with a plastic bread bag tie and popped it in the fridge. Next day they were all perked up and ready to be used in Turkey Day preparations.

I was looking forward to drying the herb out to use at a later date, that wasn’t the case, I open up the little package three days later it had arrived with my other groceries and I was surprised to find some mold on the leaves, ended up tossing into the compost. Won’t ever purchase something so small, it would be much cheaper to buy it fresh as a bunch instead in a small package at the store.

It’s parsley in a plastic box. what do you expect? Taste like parsley, not rotten. If you ask me, that is a damned miracle in Minnesota in December.

I had no idea that parsley can be sold in such a small quantity! Like a toy for kids.
