I use Brazil nuts as a selenium source. Just two of them a day gives you more than the daily allowance of Selenium! These are wonderfully fresh. I will keep buying!

The seller is showing that this product has selenium on the nutrition facts. The only reason why I didn’t buy them on the store was because I wanted it with selenium which the store doesn’t sell it that way. However, the product I got DOESN’T HAVE SELENIUM!!!
