Great pecans! However I had to switch to a different company after the prices went through the roof overnight.

These nuts were very fresh. I ordered a 5 pound bag of another brand and was sorry that I did.

I should have known when it said “Fresh crop July 2020” that the claim was absolute rubbish. Anyone who knows anything about pecans knows they harvest between October and November – Depending on location. Anything that falls of a pecan tree in June or July would be well underdeveloped and probably not even edible. My order is clearly an older crop, probably 2019 but maybe even 2018. There is no way these were fresh 2020 crop, that would be happening literally Right Now in October/Early November. They were dark brown, many were dried, hollow & several even had shriveled or completely rotten kernels. I could get way better elsewhere for FAR less. Pass these up and wait till the end of November to buy again if you want to pay that kind of price to make sure you really are getting the freshest nuts.

These pecans are great. My complaint is the bag was open and the pecans were just loose in the bag! Not sure where the rest of them are. I only received half of the bag. I ordered these because of the price but I didn’t save $ since I didn’t get the whole order.

Arrived in short order. Shared them with my parents. Not nearly as fresh as some we bought on a road trip to Georgia. Must have been left over from a previous year.

Very nicely packaged, nuts all look sound, we put 9 or 10 under our bird feeders and the squirrels took off with them in a matter of one hour! Even preferred to their usual walnuts!! WOW fun to watch. Yeah we know we are nuts.

The pecans were easily shelled. That’s about the only thing I liked. Up until last year I had my own pecan trees, so I understand some years at not as good as others. But out of these 5 lbs almost half were dry, or half the nut was black. Some of them had an almost rancid taste. I do not believe the pecans were fresh. Very dissapointed.
