The avocados were shipped promptly and arrived ready to ripen in a bowl. I used them for avocado toast, guacamole and in salads. They are simply delicious when mashed with lemon juice, mayonnaise, finely chopped purple onion, a dash of Montreal Steak seasoning and placed on fresh Sheepherder’s bread for lunch!

I would not buy these again. They arrived green, hard as a rock and unable to use. Likely, I will have to wait a full week until they ripen enough for me to even be able to “try” to use them.
Hopefully, they will taste better than they look.
