I went with this brand because I wanted whole leaf. We don’t crumble it up and blend it into smoothies. I cook it in a frying pan with just a speak of olive oil and use it like bacon with scrambled eggs or with salads, etc. The way this is packaged defeats the purpose of it being whole leaf. It is compressed together and crammed into a tiny little brown paper package. Tiny. This forces the whole leaves to clump together in a solid wad that can’t be pulled apart. So all get are tiny bits that are great if you want a smoothie, but don’t work for eating as a vegetable or a as a meat substitute. It’s impossible to even get out of the package without breaking it all in little pieces, and forget separating it into any sizable pieces or leaves. The flavor was ok, but the way it’s package ruins it for anything other than flakes.

Great product, high quality dulse compared to competitors. I will continue to buy from this seller.

I like this whole leaf dulse and will buy it again. I use it for my heavy metal detox smoothie. I use about a closed handful. I tear it apart a bit and blend it with my other ingredients. I really don’t taste it as I use 5 other ingredients. It stays fresh in the resealable bag. Perfect for my needs. Thank you
