Very good; Medium or Large. All good. to be on the safe side, I wish they made effort to send as green as possible. I think in the Summer time, they will be disappointing overripe.

These California avocados were a gift to good friends we hadn’t seen in a while. We arrived the day the avocados arrived. They are of inferior quality. These look more like Mexican Avocados: 3 inches long and about 4oz. Not what we were expecting. They are not ripe so not ready to eat so I can’t comment on taste at this time. But we are extremely unhappy with this gift. UPDATE: Taste is pretty good, not quite California quality but close enough to enjoy it!

I received my avocados today, and while I am told they’re from California, they look like they’re from Hobbit Land.
These are the smallest avocados I’ve ever seen. Did you specifically grow them to be small? In the advertising photo, they look nothing like the ones received. If I grew avocados and sold them for a premium price, I would ensure they were premium avocados.
The flavor was meh, and one redeeming factor is that the seeds are tiny, which is a good thing because otherwise, you would have no flesh inside.
Never will I buy these again.

I ordered 2 boxes (16) I only received 13. I also assumed, by the picture that they would come more greenish and hard. They came ready to eat. They are very good and shipping was fast, but I think I’ll try another farm.
Speaking of farms, the ad said these were from a southern CA farm. They were shipped from FLA..strange.

In the photo the avocados are green and fresh-looking. When they arrived they were already black, smaller-looking (they did send 9), and very ripe, mostly soft and overripe. Had to give away half of them and throw two out. The two I ate within a couple of days were very good, but I will not mail-order avocados again.

UPDATE – Reduced Rating to One Star: Being so very pleased with the first order, I ordered them again. They arrived TODAY and they are rotten. In my orders, I’m told that I can’t return or complain about the order. They arrived so bad that they can’t even be used for guacamole. WILL DEFINITELY NOT ORDER AGAIN!

I ordered these as an experiment. Living in Alaska, the avocados received have usually refrigerated for so long that they don’t ripen properly and end up in the trash. I’d almost given up buying avocados and decided to order these as a “Hail Mary” (praying desperately that it didn’t turn into a “Fail Mary”).
They arrived PERFECTLY ripe and ready to eat! I’m SO THRILLED and can’t wait to get my next box of YUMMMY CREAMY HEAVEN! Thank you for restoring my love of the avocado!

I’m so happy with the avocados I ordered. They arrived quickly and in great shape. I wasn’t sure how much of a difference fresh shipped avocados would make compared to the store, but after trying these it is a pretty big difference. I had half just as slices with tacos or toast and made the rest into guacamole. I don’t think I’ve ever had better guacamole, these avocados have a wonderfully consistent texture and lovely fresh taste that really stands.
Plus the ripening tips they sent along helped me enjoy some perfectly ripe avocados for over a week without all of them just ripening at once.

Not like what’s in the picture at all. Tiny avocados that I paid 30$? Or almost for small tiny ones. These little ones are priced almost 3$ each However, I changed my rating to 3. Minus 1 because pictures on Amazon were deceiving as to size and another minus because too expensive for the size of the avocado received
However, all 12 pieces were good, will I order again? Probably, because, unlike from stores, all 12 were good, I mean good is that, no blackish , no brownish discoloration.
