Huge portions of three densely packed romaine hearts that I cut the base off of, washed, and dried before using.
Great on sandwiches and in salads alike.
But there seemed to be a quality control issue. The first batch lasted for three weeks, earning my admiration for the hardiest lettuce I had ever tried.
But on reorder, I noticed my second batch was already rusting even before I took it out of the bag.

I love getting this product because it comes with it’s hearts and not chopped. I actually use the leafs on the sides and leave the heart for regrow in my back yard
