It’s creamy and, if you plug your nose, mildly tasty, which is what it’s supposed to be… I bought it because I try to avoid added oils in my diet, and this is one of the few vegan cheese options without added oils. For anyone who’s used a home blender to make vegan cheese, it tastes about as you’d expect from something that’s mostly cashews, water, and nutritional yeast… but which ingredient is creating that funky smell? One of the spices? I’d give it 4 or 5 stars without that odor…

Best cashew cheese I’ve had. I’m allergic to dairy as well as soy and coconut. Most dairy free cheeses have coconut oil in them, making cashew cheese really the only kind i can have. All other brands of cashew cheese i have tried, their products have been disgusting. This cheese is really yummy and tastes like actual cheese. I’m not one to write reviews but i know how hard it is to find decent tasting diary free cheeses.
