While it claims to be suitable for coffee, I found that it made my coffee taste too bitter, which was disappointing. Additionally, considering the limited number of ingredients used in this almond milk, I felt that the price was a bit high.
However, the organic nature of the product is commendable, and it does work well in certain recipes besides coffee. It’s smooth and has a good consistency, making it suitable for various uses beyond just a coffee creamer.

It’s delicious. Best tasting almond milk I’ve ever tried. Tastes like milk that was made at home. It honestly tastes better without the added sugar and gums that most plant milk has. You have to shake it vigorously though as there are no binders. They seem like a good company so I’ll be buying from them again.

I am trying to eliminate all of the gums, emulsifiers and other additives from my food and Mooala almond milk is surprisingly good without all that extra stuff. What is really surprising is that the cartons have a fairly long shelf life despite containing no preservatives! The taste is what you would expect if you have been drinking unsweetened almond milk. This milk is perfect for smoothies, etc.

I don’t usually drink almond milk because almonds use so much water to grow. Unfortunately, I was having a hypercalcemic episode (a quiet disability I have), and had to have something to replace my Orgain Nutritious drinks I mix with my Orgain meal replacement powder (subscribe and save: Orgain strawberry Nutrtious Drink and Orgain vanilla powder, all organic), and remove all calcium and d until I could bring the episode unnder control…yum for a meal replacement when I can drink it—one can choose smooth choclate drink and chocolate or vanilla powder, or mix and match for a very healthy meal replacement) Spendy? Yes. Worth it? Yes!
When I found this product, I rejoiced. Clean pure organic almond milk with FILTERED WATER. I am assuming the company removed the PFAS, heavy metals, microplastics and other toxins found in regular drinking and bottled water.
I added my chocolate ORGANIC stevia (all extracts, spices, teas, are concentrated pesticides if not organic) and organic coffee extract, a little organic vanilla, and I had Almond Java, which is delicious cold or warm.
Simply adding organic monk’s fruit sweetner and oganic vanilla was almost as good. I imagine one could experiment with organic flavorings. drinking as is was a little bland for me, but at least I felt safe with the product. When a product does not say filtered water, I do not buy it, becasuse we don’t know where the water came from or what contaminents might be in the water.
So 10 stars for an excellent and safe product.!
I would give it more stars if I coud. This is the heathiest almond milk I have found, and believe me, I examined the ingredients in many brands. When they say vanilla, it is really synthetic “vanillin” made in a lab. Several lawsuits have not been able to get “truth in labeling” regarding vanillin…yet.

I was looking for a new milk to drink as I recently found out I’m lactose intolerant. I tried a few different ones, the typical brands but realized a lot of them are too sweet or are made with things you don’t even know what they are.. what are “gums” ew. I started doing some research and came across this product. I’ve tried other oat milks but this one is the cleanest oat milk you can find! It tastes great, and has none of the “gums”, oils or extra ingredients you can’t even pronounce. It’s organic which is important! Overall, it’s an amazing product that I will be using for a long time!

No gums, no additives. Good almond milk is hard to find. This not only tastes amazing, but the quality and consistency is top tier. I’d love to have it in a glass bottle. Other than that, it’s great. I use it in my coffee and I think it tastes wonderful

I have been drinking almond milk for a while and lately I have noticed a weird chemically taste from almond milk bought in the store. Several name and generic brands suddenly had this unnatural taste to them. Mooala’s almond milk has no weird additives which solved the issue – perfectly clean taste! It’s just almonds, water, and salt, so do not expect a flavor explosion. It tastes the way good quality, natural almond milk should taste: smooth, clean, and nutty. I am impressed and will set up my very first Amazon autoship for this!
