These egg whites are pasturized and ready to drink. It tastes yummy in my coffee breakfast shake. I have just ordered two more gallons. 🙂

I am not the intended customer for this product. I’m not into body building or adding additional protein to my diet for fitness purposes. However, I am a baker. Because many of my friends and family members cannot have gluten or dairy products, I made a lot of macarons and meringues. The process of separating the yolk from egg whites, aging them, and then trying to figure out something to do with all the yolks is always frustrating.
This bucket of egg whites is a life-saver for me. The pump also lets me weigh out the egg whites easily–as many recipes I use are based on weight and not volume. The other day, I tried these out while making macarons–and it was a perfect batch! No problem with whipping these into glossy, firm peaks. A perfect product for a surprise demographic.

Have started on this to build muscle. Just making sure I have enough. It’s great as I can’t eat yolks, (cholesterol). Don’t want a fourth heart prob!,The Amazon delivery guy left it outside in the rain. I’d message Amazon to act as per my delivery instructions. Just glad it wasn’t ruined. It wasn’t as beautifully packed and originally frozen. Great company to buy this from…….Their hens are given Flaxseed. Amazing……

I specifically did a search for egg white powder and this popped up as a result. Shame on me for assuming that Amazon understood my request and not reading the specifics of this product. Not Egg Whites International’s fault, but mine and Amazon’s fault. Either way, this will be useful since my recipe calls for 32 oz. of eggs whites (liquid) and now I don’t have to worry about having 35 leftover egg yolks. It needs to be refrigerated, and was still very cold when it was delivered. I’ll give it 5 stars because it’ll save me the hassle of cracking all those eggs! Winning!

WARNING GOT REALLY SICK AFTER USING THIS PRODUCT!!! WAS OUT OF THE GYM FOR 8 DAYS AND CANT EVEN RETURN THEM 130$ WASTED!!!! If you expect to use this egg whites right away, chances are you probably wont. Mine are frozen solid and cant even use them yet. Letting them defrost in my fridge who knows for how long, dont want to risk them going bad by leaving them out on the counter for hours since its a huge gallon. Had really high hopes for this eggwhites, ive been using Kirkland brand eggwhites from costco – they are available right away for use and cheaper by the gallon.

I don’t use this as a drink but I can tell you that these make light and fluffy scrambled eggs. And when cooked, they taste like regular egg white. That was a plus vs not tasting like anything which is more or less how it is when you drink them. I cook some ground beef, turkey or bison, then add about 16-18 ozs, which makes a great meal. For me it’s 2-3 heaping meals. I’ve been eating mostly that for the purpose of cutting carbs. I’ve lost 15 lbs in 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend this product.
