The cheese flavor on this is amazing. Amazon did a great job. It’s not bland like most cheeses. I made English Muffin pizzas with this and the cheese is easy to bite through. I also put this on some frozen pizzas and it adds a richer flavor. I put this in some fettuccine alfredo and it melts so nice and makes the meal so fulfilling.

I know that it is better to buy the block of cheese so you avoid the starch and you get more product for your bucks. But this is ready to add on your omelets, sandwiches, salads etc. I always get a couple of this bags just to make my life easier.
