These potatoes are so quick and easy to cook. They are the perfect small size and my kids love that they are “colored.”

I absolutely love the different colors of the potatoes. Every potato has its own soft, subtle, and delicious flavor. I cook mine in Irish Butter and drizzle it with Roasted Walnut Oil right before I serve them.
