Nothing wrong with the seeds… I didn’t know that arugula seeds got a slime on them like chia seeds. This didn’t work in a jar sprouter. I think they need a mat or flat.
Fair Comprehensive Reviews –
I’m going to try these in dirt- but they did not work well for sprouting in a jar. This type of seed became gelatinous and would not allow it to be drained so if you use these I recommend doing it on a map where they will probably work fine. They did sprout.

This review is for the 8 oz. bag of arugula seeds from Country Creek Acres. I’m very pleased. These bagged seeds were so much cheaper than the usual seed-packet variety that I grew a test batch of microgreens before writing this review.
The seeds are packed in a heavy-duty resealable bag. I used just 1/4 tsp of seed in about 1/2 inch of soil in a plastic deli container. I put it on a sunny windowsill and watered about once daily. They started growing within about 36 hours and produced a very healthy, green, dense ‘crop’ of microgreens. Total time from starting to cutting was 8 days (I could have cut a few days earlier). They are roughly 1.5″ to 2″ tall and have a strong, fresh fragrance/flavor. I don’t see any stunted or unhealthy-looking plants.
This small bag of seeds will last me a long, long time, for just a few dollars. I’ve stored it in the fridge. I’m going to see what else this vendor offers so I can gradually replace my old seeds with these. Hope this helps!

I could not get these to sprout. I had to plant them and use them like micro greens. Very tasty though!

This bag should last me a while. Trying out some home grown arugula indoors under lights.
