A bit expensive but I can’t find them in my area often so I paid a premium to get them. These came fresh, fragrant and flavorful. As soon as I opened them I saw this is a quality product. I washed and roasted some right away. Yummy goodness! Thank you!

I don’t think the peppers were real fresh. Obviously I refrigerated the peppers after they arrived and prepared them a couple days later and they were already turning brown and did not taste as good as I would have expected.

I received them on july 8 on a 90 degree day. They were in perfect condition. It’s now July 20 and I’m still eating them. They’ve lasted a lot longer than any bag I’ve bought in the store. I haven’t came across a single hot one yet and they are all very tasty.
I eat them charred on a cast iron grill pan sprinkled with salt and lemon juice. They are so yummy. Thanks

I cooked these like I normally do and they came out super tough and flavorless they seemed to be picked late and grown to be larger on purpose. Nothing like the small tender thin skinned and flavorful peppers I normally get left a bad taste in my mouth and I strongly recommend against buying

When I first tasted grilled Shishito, I was in love! Then I realized that (because I live in northern New England), I was unlikely to be able to enjoy this regularly (SO sad!!!!). Only now it turns out that I CAN enjoy it–SO MUCH!. 1 pound makes for 4 really fun appetizers for my husband and me, and we can enjoy them once a week, since a month is not too long for these peppers to stay fresh and firm. It really is a Pleasure Game-changer!!!

I love these chili peppers, it’s very fresh and not hot at all but every now and then you’d find one that will wake you up lol and I can’t stop laughing at myself for keep eating it even though it’s hot as heck lol but don’t worry it’s like 1 out of 30 or so is “kind of hot”
I usually eat these raw uncooked, just wash them good and dip it in Korean hot chili paste called “go chu jang” with plain warm rice. Eat it like how you’d eat celery with peanut butter, it’s great.

After searching multiple specialty stores for shishito peppers and coming up empty-handed, I finally caved and bought them via Amazon. It was my first time ordering produce here, and the peppers arrived promptly in a sealed bag with no damage. I was very impressed at how fresh the peppers were, too. Overall I’m extremely pleased with ordering produce on Amazon and will do it again for other hard-to-find products. Tip- I recommend keeping delivery push notifications on so you can grab ’em out of your mailbox as soon as they arrive!
