This blend is PERFECT for stepping up your ramen game. I’ve also used it in spaghetti sauce, and it’s great there too! But we have used it mostly in our “fancy” ramen, and it is AMAZING! I love that we can add some extra nutrition with such convenience. Add an egg for some protein, and it’s a well-balanced meal! Great value on the 16-oz bag – they last quite a while.

I love that I have mushrooms that I can just throw into soups and too wet veggies. I hardly ever rehydrate them on my own and just toss them in with existing watery things to get rid of excess moisture. Really elevates your bag ramen or broths. It’s one of those things you eventually keep in your pantry for an emergency meal at home.

The EF EKOFUNGI Dehydrated Mix has a strong aroma of the mushroom.
The blend not only will be a great topping to pasta, it will also be a versatile ingredient to add complexity to any dish and soup.
The only issue upon arrival is that the top of the bag was already torn upon arrival, so the bag is no longer resealable.
Other than that, this is a convenient staple for the pantry, and at the current review, it is at a good value for the quantity.
Case, from Space –
Took a chance on this stuff and was rewarded with some tasty ramen! Sure it says pasta risotto on the label and seems to indicate it’s made for Italian dishes. But, all the ingredients sounded to me like they would compliment a bowl of ramen perfectly. I let it soak in a soy sauce / water mix for about 20 minutes, then just mixed it into the prepared ramen soup. Also added dried mini shrimp and furikake seasoning to round out the flavor. While these won’t be mistaken for fresh produce, they do a fine job at reconstituting to the level of savory satisfaction! And I’m sure they will also work well with Italian dishes. There is a lot stuffed into this bag, so it’s going to last me a little while. I must have added a cup to the ramen and barely made a dent in the contents.
