When these arrive and they’re soft and fresh feeling, they are delicious. When they arrive and they’re difficult to bite, making you feel like you’re pulling your teeth out, not so much. The plus is that they’re soft more often than not. I still take my chances with a subscribe and save order!

The Amazon sales page states 36 bags total of 3 ounces each, which would be a total of 108 ounces of dried mangoes; the mango box I received was pre-packaged from the mango manufacturer with only six bags, so it wasn’t just an Amazon packing mistake. The mangoes are of poor quality, many of them are not very dry, are still somewhat wet, and are of such a darkened color, tart, and somewhat sour, that I wonder if they were processed when they were already overly ripe or if they came to be in this condition because they weren’t properly dried.
They do not have ant added sugar, but look elsewhere for good dried mangos.

I loved Fruit Roll Ups a kid. This is better and all natural. It is hard to find dried fruit without the chemical preservative.
Love these. Put them in hot tea for an added dimension. Put them on my charcuterie board with the dates and apricots, cheese and crackers. Some are sweet and some are tangy. Fun to eat. Addicting !

I have purchased these a few times now because I was really looking for sulfate free mangoes. About half the time these dried mangoes are either over-dehydrated or on the shelf too long, having mostly very dark brown shriveled, short and thin fruit strips. and the flavor does not even resemble mango remotely. It’s just a sweet, dried fruit flavor. Not bad, but very dry and just sweet. You could be eating dried apple or dried pair instead. No mango flavor at all. That has happened twice now. However, the third time I bought them, the dried fruit was like night and day compared to the other bags. The fruit in this third bag has a brilliant orange color, with thick, succulent mango strips, which still have the actual flavor of mango. They are fresh and tasty. So it is really a crapshoot as to what you’re going to get when you buy this brand. I think this company needs to work on their quality control. I actually started purchasing another brand for a while that has a better quality, however, they have sulfates in them. That’s why I decided to try this brand again and got lucky on the third batch. I wish they could be consistent! For the high price we pay for these, and it’s extremely more than the other brands, which contain sulfates, you would think they would manage to be consistently high quality.

I’ve bought this brand of dried mangoes from my company snack bar before in smaller bags. Those tasted fantastic with fuller fruit pulps and the right amount of chewiness and sweetness. Thought about buying a larger pack to save some money. The bag I received were kinda dry and very sour/tangy. Maybe some people like it that way but not me, I prefer it sweeter. I wish they have more consistent taste and quality. If I buy another bag in the future and it turns out better, I’ll update the review.

These dried mangoes are almost too good to be true! If you have ever envied your dog for enjoying its chew stick, now he can envy you. You can chew on the pieces or just let them melt in your mouth. Wonderful!

Sometimes one wants a healthy snack. These dried fruits, for me, are perfect in moderation. I eat a few instead of a candy bar, and I am ready to go. They are full of sugar, yet a healthier version than candy. And I don’t eat as much as a candy bar. Just a couple pieces and I’m satisfied!
