Does a wonderful job cleaning my retainers, used to have to wash them with toothbrush and toothpaste to remove all the gunk from using them all night, now I just use half a tablet every day and they are very well kept, clean and fresh. Tablets have a good smell and also worked great at removing old tea stains from our cups

I grind my teeth at night so I have had a retainer for years. Instead of using my tooth brush to clean my retainers I use these. They are simple and effective. My only comment is I do not like the taste so I make sure to rinse my retainers with water once I take them out.

I use these to clean my Contigo travel mug that I drink tea in. They’re way cheaper than bottle cleaners and do wonders against the staining that occurs on the stainless steel. Cheap and easy hack.

I love how effective these are at cleaning my aligners. It does NOT damage my aligners.
It’s effective and does NOT leave behind any residue or chemical aftertaste on the aligners.
It just leaves them feeling clean.

I have a bite guard that I wear at night as I guess I’m a tooth grinder in my sleep and the dentist said if I didn’t start using one I’d eventually run into problems. For the past few years I’d just clean it with my toothbrush and toothpaste and over time it really started to discolor. I never thought of this stuff because I figured it was just for old people and their dentures. I’ve been using it every day now for a few months and gradually my bite guard has been getting brighter and brighter. I don’t know if it will ever look brand new again but it certainly is getting cleaner and cleaner as this stuff keeps working on the discoloration. I should have been using it from day 1. It’s cheap and has a great minty taste to it.

Companies like this have proven themselves over the years and worked hard to build a solid reputation for their name. They are not going to take any chances putting out a second-rate diluted product. We trust Efferdent and will stick with what works. I have actually never tried any of the off brands but considering the minimal cost difference here through amazon i won’t have to. Aside from the typical dental uses for this product it is a FANTASTIC cleaner. Like no other. We always keep it on hand for the most stubborn stains of any sort. You can even unclog and clean your sink drain with this stuff and works wonders overnight self-cleaning the toilet. Great product and a very good price.

The box comes with packs of 4 tablets (about the size of a quarter) that are individually sealed and can be carried practically anywhere (shirt or pant pocket, wallet, purse, etc) to keep your retainer/dentures fresh throughout the day. After lunch, i simply rinse off my retainer, put it in a cup, drop in a tablet, add water, wait a few minutes, rinse it off and i have a nice and clean, minty mouth thanks to the minty freshness the tablet adds to the retainer/denture. This is just a quick and easy way to “freshen up” after a very spicy lunch or help prevent coffee stains if you love strong coffee. If you really had a garlicky, spicy lunch, you can use 2 tablets. When you’re at work or out and about, this stuff definitely comes in handy. I keep some in my car, at my desk, and 1 in my wallet as i never know when I need or want to freshen up my mouth.
