These mouth guards are awesome! You get two sets – one smaller and one larger for both top and bottom teeth. They are easily moldable with just a little hot water to give you a perfect fit. I use the bigger set for my teeth whitening gel and my daughter uses the smaller set for kick boxing. They work great for both of us. I would definitely recommend!

I was skeptical at first because you have to submerse in 80 to 90 water for 15 seconds. I did it then immediately put it in my mouth like the instruction said. I molded it to my mouth. it comes with two sizes: smaller and bigger, both molded to my mouth. Perfectly exactly the way I needed it too. my dentist recommended a mouthguard so that the damage to my teeth from grinding at night when I sleep would stop. This mouthguard is not only inexpensive but there’s no bad taste and it is easy to use. sleeping with it is not a problem and it comes with a tray. Honestly this is exactly what I was looking for and it was 10 bucks. Instructions say each tray should last 6 months so hopefully it does. Five star product

I had my doubts about this product because of the price but it works great! Be sure to use hot water so the material becomes nice and soft. After letting it cool just a bit toss it into your mouth and follow the instructions on how to set it properly to your teeth. It will mold perfectly. I have crooked front teeth and it fit them just fine.

We discovered that my daughter was grinding her teeth severely during the night. Our dentist gave us options to remediate the issue but the best one, he said, was to purchase one from Amazon!
We found this one easy to use and liked that it comes with more than just one guard. You simply warm it up and allow it to mold to your teeth. (Gotta admit this took two tries as we did not get the water hot enough! Fortunately, the product is very forgiving!) Once molded, it fit into place comfortably. She has been wearing the mouth guard ever since and it has truly helped alleviate the problem.

I initially gave this product three stars. I did think that the instructions were difficult to understand. I saw the reviews that indicated that it was difficult to mold the product, and I saw reviews that said that the product deteriorated after just a few uses. I have to say, I did work with the product and got it trimmed to a point where it was comfortable and usable. In addition, I have been using the product for over two weeks each night, and I have not found that the product deteriorates. I bought this to help with teeth grinding while sleeping. I find that I only need to use either the top or the bottom. I don’t need to use both of them at the same time. So I am revising my review.

Got this tonight and immediately molded it. The directions says that the water needs to be at 80 degrees Celsius. I HIGHLY recommend that you have a meat thermometer like I did to make sure it was hot enough. I had mine at 88c and left it in at least 20 seconds. Directions say 15 but some reviews said they had to remold it. So I figured they didn’t hear it hit enough. Once it’s hot enough, the mouthpiece is gonna be a little sticky, so wet your hands a little before you pick it up. Set it in your mouth, bite down a little and use your tongue to mold it to the roof of your mouth. At the same time, use your fingers and push down (shape-massage) it to your mouth. Once molded, rinse with cold water and you’re done. I did it the first try and so can you. Cheers! I will try and update later after a few days of wearing it.
