I have gone through a few bags of this epsom salt. It is a good value for the size of the bag. I put a cup or so in bath water. It helps my muscles to feel a bit more relaxed. I will continue to purchase.

Epsom salt is essential for home therapy this provides a large enough amount to last for a few weeks. Using 3 ups in a bath soak the small amounts run out too quickly.

This is a good product, but half of my orders arrive as a bag of large lumps, so I have to keep a small hammer at the tub to smash the lumps and get them out of the bag. Buying in smaller bags may be better for some.
