It helps with stopping pain for like 2 or 3 hours. How ever it does not help with realving or fixing the root cause of pain.

Great value, came on time, does exactly as stated. Will keep up the routine & order again. I needed this for mouth irritation, I was in tears. You do have to keep reapplying with anything of course.

I had a cavity in a molar that eventually decayed, so there’s literally a hole in my tooth. Pretty sure I’ll need a root canal, but I don’t have insurance at this point in time. This tooth has become pretty painful some nights when I lay down. I got this cream to help balance out the amount of ibuprofen I would have to take on the bad days. I only need this stuff to work until I fall asleep, and it does the job so I have no complaints. It’s fast acting, and easy to apply. The taste is awful, but I’m sure that’s just to discourage ingesting the product.

You would think that this would have the same effect as the actual liquid but it doesn’t. The liquid Works 10 times better and faster and last longer than the gel.

This product is 100% the best for immediate and effective tooth/gum pain relief. I have a cracked tooth, and sometimes I wake up in the night due to grinding my teeth and the pain is unbearable. I reach for this product and am able to peacefully go back to sleep. Even if this is out of stock, I will buy the liquid version just because the quality of the ingredients and the delivery of them (when I say immediate relief I mean IMMEDIATE) is unmatched. My only complaint would be that it seems saliva can mess with how long it lasts, and obviously due to its numbing effects, your mouth may start to overproduce saliva near the site of application. However, it is much MUCH better than having nothing in those desperately painful moments.
