I’ve tried other whitening products in the past and not been impressed. I found Crest Whitestrips messy and uncomfortable to use. I went through about 5 tubes of Crest whitening toothpaste and couldn’t see any real change. So I was a bit skeptical about this product, especially the claim that you will notice a change after 4 days of use. I didn’t see noticeable change after the first week. Still, my teeth took a lot of years to get discolored, so I decided to continue. As I was nearing the end of my second bottle, even this old skeptic became convinced that there was a definite effect. My teeth aren’t “Hollywood white,” but they are improving. I’m hoping for continued slow improvement as I continue to use the product. So don’t get discouraged if you don’t see much change at first. This stuff is easy to use, the flavor is acceptable, and it may very well work for you if you persist. Plus you are getting the added benefit of the additional fluoride. Anything that lessens the likelihood of needing dental work is a win in my book.

I’m not sure if it’s whitening at all.
I drink a lot of coffee and I am careful to not drink for more than 30 minutes being mindful of the effects of PH balance, and I’m careful to swish with fresh water or this whitening mouth wash directly after, but I don’t see a difference after 10 days of using this at least 2x per day, and after some coffee drinks, in a row.
I’ll keep using it until the package is complete but I can get a bottle on the equivalent ACT non-whitening non-alcoholic mouthwash that is at least 2x larger from walmart for the same price as this. If this was whitening, I would not mind – but the value just doesn’t seem to be there.

My dentist recommended I get a fluoride mouthwash and I decided on this one after weighing a few different options. It’s great! Tastes good and not too overwhelmingly minty like most others I’ve tried. I truly feel like my teeth have gotten whiter in just a couple days! Now I have my husband hooked on it too so I guess we’ll be buying more in the future.

I am lazy about whitening my teeth so a swish of this for a minute, then I don’t rinse with water for another minute or two. Noticeable difference after one use.
