This is a useful thermometer to have for the whole family. Can be a bit tricky to figure out if you’re on the correct setting (adult, kiddo). But beyond that very simple to use and accurate temperature recordings. This RN mom gives two thumbs up.

Disappointed this item did not last very long, and I missed a fever in my baby a few times until I realized the readings were not showing the correct temperature.
I have a lot of products from Frida baby and I do love their items, however this one did not live up to my expectations.

Bought this after my 4 month old got the flu. So much easier than using a regular digital thermometer!! I was paranoid and taking her temps in the middle of the night to make sure she didn’t spike a fever at night and this is so easy to use without waking her. You can turn off the sound and I tested against the thermometer at the doctors office and it was the same.

We’ve gone through many many thermometers over the years and so far this one seems to be accurate and is easy to use. I like trying both methods to confirm reading. My husband relies on the color too much and sent my son to school with a low grade temp just because it was green – I think anything over 99 should read red.

This is a great option for our newborn! The forehead temp is easy and less invasive. I also love the feature to check the temp in the house. We frequently use it to gauge how warm his sleeping area is to ensure we are dressing him appropriately!
