We now have composting bins in my apartment building. I had been lining my compost container in newspaper. These compostable bags are acceptable by the management here and are much easier to use. They were delivered in a timely manner.

These 2.6g bags fit the PetKit cat box systems perfectly. They breakdown fully, so are allowed to be shipped into California. We change ours out every other day because we have three cats. If we did it much less frequently, we would actually want to keep a 2nd bag or paper bag nearby because these start to break down quickly from that amount of moisture. It makes me feel good that they’ll actually biodegrade and not clog up the landfills.

I’ve used quite a few compostable bags–most leak and tear easily. I realize that to be compostable, that’s somewhat necessary, but these bags don’t leak or tear and compost wonderfully!! Don’t buy any others!

Was trying to find an easier way of collecting stuff for our outdoor compost bin. These fut perfectly in the small, over the counter bin I have and easy to just take out and throw away. A couple of times they got a little leaky but generally hold up rather well.

Have this right next to my sink for left over foods and tea bags. Holds up well.

Purchased these because we couldn’t find the ones we normally get in store. They’re the perfect size for our composter and seem to be fairly durable. I’m only giving it 4 stars though because they do break down faster. Make sure to take it out as frequently as possible.
