Amazing little item. I can’t imagine not having this on my phone. Easy to adjust and makes holding my iPhone 12 Pro a breeze. My only small complaint is my MagSafe charger won’t work with it installed. But it’s not a big deal to take it out at night.

You get used to having these in a big hurry. I really like having a positive grip on my phone for taking pictures off of cruise ships and anywhere you might reach out with your cell phone to get a shot where it won’t be coming back if you drop it. They also do a great job of acting as a stand so I can put my cell on a table to watch videos or teleconference.
There is NO WAY I’d hang my cell phone over the side of the ship to get the attached shot without having the ring or similar attachment device.

While it is not as comfortable as a pop up holder, it is very sturdy in holding the phone. Also provides a level of security when I’m holding my phone in a precarious location over water or something like that. I don’t feel like I’m going to drop my phone. I just have to remember to put it back on my phone after I use the quad lock holder in my car.

This is the perfect compliment to my quad lock system. With this ring/ stand, I can attach a tether to my life jacket when I’m kayaking, a wrist strap when hanging over a bridge or boat to take photos, and I can also use it to keep a better grasp of my phone with a finger though the ring. My Pixel is waterproof, but it doesn’t float, so this gives me the peace of mind to know that I won’t lose my phone. Maybe I’ll start walking around with a chain attached to it in my back pocket just like some bad a*” bikers in the 80’s ( or maybe not) The only downfall is that my phone won’t charge wirelessly with this ring stand attached, but I can remove it very easily whenever I need to.

Great stand but isn’t compatible with mag safe.

The quad lock fits , but only swivels in its locked position, no internal swivel mechanism. The ring is little small , I do like how flush it is while not in use

I just recently switched to quad lock. I had SP connect and the ring attachment was made of flimsy plastic and could only sit one direction. This is sturdy with a satisfying click and can sit at 4 different directions. I would suggest anyone with a quad lock case to get this because it just makes the case look a lot sleeker and looks better filling the slot. Also the ring has really good resistance and does not seem like it will wear out

I like that it’s durable. Dislike that it becomes uncomfortable to use after a period of time

I purchased the QuadLock phone/ring stand, and overall, I find it to be a solidly made accessory. The build quality is impressive, offering a secure grip on my device.
On the positive side, the stand is robust and provides a reliable support system for holding your phone. The materials used is durable, and the locking mechanism feels secure, preventing any accidental slips. This aspect adds a sense of confidence when using the stand to view or type on the device.
One notable downside, however, is the discomfort experienced while holding the device. The design, especially the ring stand, can be a bit uncomfortable on the finger. This becomes noticeable, especially during prolonged usage sessions. It would have been more user-friendly if the design prioritized comfort without compromising the secure grip.
Another limitation is the lack of swivel functionality in the ring stand. If you need to change the position of the ring, it requires removing and locking it back in place. This can be inconvenient, especially for users who prefer the flexibility to adjust the angle without having to go through the process of detaching and reattaching the ring.
