I recently purchased the wireless charging phone mount and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. This device is not only great, but it works flawlessly. The charging process is super smooth, and it charges my phone just as fast as a typical wall charger would.
One of the standout features of this phone mount is its convenience. All I have to do is place my phone in the dock, and it automatically closes and starts charging. Even with a phone case on, it still charges efficiently, which is a huge plus. The added button on the side of the mount is a clever addition, as it allows for easy and automatic release of the phone.
I must admit, this wireless charging phone mount is super cool. It has made my life so much easier, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The build quality is excellent, and the design is sleek and modern. It’s a great addition to my car, providing a secure and efficient way to charge my phone while on the go.
If you’re in need of a reliable and convenient wireless charging solution for your phone, I highly recommend this product. It delivers on its promises and offers a hassle-free experience. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy it again.

Wow! This is the best wireless charger I’ve purchased to date. As of installation time it does everything it said it would.
I have purchased 5 different wireless chargers for my car. The first one worked for a couple years, then just died. The second one never worked as a wireless charger, which was ridiculous, so I gave it away to a family member that only wanted a mount and didn’t care about the wireless features. The next one sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t but it never stayed stuck to the windshield and dropped my phone constantly making it a hazard to driving (my dash is dimpled and sloped so that’s never been a location I can mount and I don’t believe in blocking my air flow with those mounts), so that one ended up in the Freecycle on FB. The most recent one that this one is replacing never worked as a wireless, no matter what I did, even taking the case off it just never worked (like the second one), but tired of trying to find the right one, I had given up and just used it, until it self-released my phone and broke the case! Ugh, another one that didn’t charge wirelessly and then malfunctioned, the clamping arm just randomly broke and there was no fixing it. So, now I not only had to find a new mount, but also buy a replacement phone case (at lease the case did it’s job and protected the phone).
One super fantastic feature is the securing to the windshield. First, it has the normal suction, but the clamping system is so much stronger than the others I’ve had, it really locks it down.
The adjustability of this is outstanding! All prior mounts had one adjustment, just the swivel and that’s it, this one has enough different adjustments that I can actually use it the way I had wished I could for years!
I love that this mount self-locks down on the phone, that’s awesome, not something I would have thought of, but how cool, and it does a nice job too.
The wireless feature works instantly and does a great job!
I cannot review the quick charge yet, as I still have my original adapter, but plan to get the QC3.0 soon and will rate on that when I do.
Overall this is a well designed and quality product and feels much more heavy-duty that prior products I’ve had. If this stands the test of time, I would definitely purchase again.
Using this mount with an Android phone: Samsung Galaxy S22, so I can’t really say how well it does with an iPhone.

I have recently become a fan of wireless chargers for my phone and wanted one in the car. This one works well. My phone is in a thick case and it still connects easily and the charging is good. The cradle holds my phone snugly in place so the phone is not falling out every time I go up a steep hill. The suction mount is strong and was easy to assemble,

Edit: Wireless charges my Google Pixel 6 Pro intermittently because of the coil location. I just added 2 adhesive felt strips on the bottom arm to lift the phone up, and boom, perfect. It ended up solving the high pitched squeeling noise too.
Pros:
The best part is the clamp system. It automatically closes the clamps when it senses the phone has been placed on it. The motors activate for 2 seconds, then keep the phone in place tightly. When you want to take it off, the electronic button on either side automatically releases the clamp. Easy easy easy.
The suction cup is a little sticky, and strong. Works super good on flat surfaces. Curved surfaces start to diminish its abilities. The top and bottom of my dash was too curved for this, so I put it on the back of my center display (2023 Tesla Model Y).
Doesn’t vibrate, very sturdy.
Cons:
The cable is a tad short, but I mounted mine closer to the center console on the dash, so it was fine for me. Maybe not fine if you mounted on the far side and the closest USB is further away (glovebox or near arm rest), especially if you want to hide the cable under the trim.
I do wish there was a way to tighten the ball joint mount, cause I can still move it. I would feel better if I didn’t have to adjust it if I bumped it accidentally. Though, it does stay in place, even during bumps.
(Solved. See edit at the beginning) I do sometimes hear a high-pitched noise after clamping the phone and the motors have stopped. Some older people probably won’t hear it. Goes away after 5 seconds. Not the same noise as the motors clamping into place. I hear the motors activate for 2 seconds, then 1 second of silence, then this high-pitched noise.

I’ve tried multiple car phone mounts over the years, with and without wireless charging and automatic gripping. My first mount that gripped automatically had a button I had to press the phone against to activate. It worked okay, but was inconsistent with charging and finicky. It only lasted about 5 months before I had to get a new one. The next one used a light sensor to close the arms. That was the worst design. The sensor would activate falsely quite often when not in use, then it stopped charging half the time, so I would have to plug in my phone directly. The mount had some battery power to let me use it unplugged a couple times, but after that I’d have to switch the cord back from my phone to the mount again to get it to open. Then the retraction stopped working, and I had to close it by force. Overall it only lasted 6 months before I was ready to buy a new one, which is how I found this mount by CHGeek.
I needed a mount that wouldn’t break down in six months, would activate reliably, and charges consistently.
After the issues with the previous mount’s light sensor, I was concerned that this CHGeek mount would have similar troubles, especially since I wasn’t clear on how it activates. However, it seemed to be the best option, so I crossed my fingers and tried it out.
I’ve now had this charging mount for over a year and a half, and it’s still going strong. It’s easily my favorite mount, because it is super simple to use, and works reliably. The way it activates is geniusly simple – when the phone is set inside, the arms close as soon as the wireless charging kicks in, which is immediate. It charges quickly, and if someone else is driving who has a phone without wireless charging, the mount still works perfectly fine just by pressing the side button. The closing mechanism hasn’t worn out, and the mount itself is sleek. It holds onto the dashboard quite well also. Although it can loosen occasionally, it’s a quick fix. The rotating/tilting mechanism holds securely.
The only negative thing I can really say about it is that the black finish on mine soon turned to a bronzy color on the metallic portions under UV exposure. Unexpected, but I don’t think it looks bad.
I often do deliveries and may use a company vehicle, or if that’s not available, get reimbursed for using my vehicle. When I use my vehicle, I have no hassle getting in and out of my car with my phone and always have a full battery despite constantly using my phone for dispatching and GPS.

I am a delivery driver and I need to have my phone in front of me for delivery routing, and also to charge the unit as I am working, as my screen is on all the time. This product works well for that. I had one from a different seller that failed after only three weeks. This has lasted six months, which I consider good considering the holder is in constant use. When I make a delivery the phone goes with me to the door. When I pick up a deliver the phone comes along also, so the opening and closing mechanism gets a lot of use.
I do like that when I start my car, or just place the phone in the holder, the unit clamps automatically. My previous holder didn’t do this.
We get extreme heat here in Arizona. Air temperatures in summer reach 46 degrees. In a car that can be higher. I have learned to keep a light microfiber cloth draped over the holder and phone. The shading effect is enough that the phone does not overheat, and it works normally. And since the charging back and phone are directly in front of the cooling vents, this helps keep it cool.

Works great and stays on my window great. Charges right through my case and I have a rather thick case so I was pleasantly surprised, ive tried several that wouldn’t.

Was very upset when my other auto sensor phone holder/charger broke. It’s hard to find a mount that will hold heavy phones like the Samsung Note 20 or the iPhone 15 ProMax. I never liked dash mounted phone holders. I was able to mount this so it duplicated the exact position of my older vent phone holder. The only suggestion I could make is that they make the base swivel so you can put the unit in the center of the dashboard and turn it to the left or right. I had to offset the holder facing me as the driver. From there I was able to adjust up and down/in and out. Having it mounted in the center of my dash and being able to turn it and tighten it into place would have been perfect. Would I buy again? Yes
NOTE: Earlier this week we had two very cold consistent days. When I got in the car on Monday the unit would not open and close. I checked all the connections and it had power. Had to drive to work with it sitting on the mount but not secure. It warmed up later in the day and on the way home the unit worked with no issues and I have not had any since. If you live in a very cold climate you might want to take this into consideration.

I have been through a lot of cell phone holders. This one is top freaking notch. It sticks to the glass no issues, and has not fallen yet. It charges my phone really well, but what I love most of all is the automatic grips and release. So when you put your phone in the holder it senses it and closes your phone tight and you get to charging. There is a little button on the side when you need your phone to be removed that you push and it releases your phone. Love it, feels quality, works flawlessly and I have to say I will not switch holders until this one blows up, which might be a while.
