I had trouble finding a place in the house where the light was right for Zoom meetings. Usually the light was too low or cast too many shadows on my face. With this little light clipped to the side of my iPad, the light was more evenly distributed. It has cool light or warm light options and the brightness can easily be adjusted. I clips right onto my iPad. This is a well thought-out product. I wish it had come with some sort of instructions as they include a mounting plate that clips onto the back of the light. I have no idea what that plate is for.

This is a game changer for taking pictures. The way the light hits and the different tones of light are super flattering and you can’t tell there is a light shining on you. I use this to take pictures with friends but also for product shots of artowrk I sell online. I prefer this over a ring light as this doesn’t cast a ‘ring’ reflection like the classic ring light does and is way easier to use. Super light weight as well. 10/10!

I got this to help my laptop web cam brighten up my appearance on Zoom, only secondarily for phone selfies or phone pics. But it does both very well. And the price is right.
The buttons are simple to use. The on/off takes a long press to on or off. Short presses change the mix of LED lights from only white to a mix of white/yellow to all yellow. Two other buttons are brighter or darker.
I don’t do makeup, but I saw on a video that you can use your phone as a mirror and this device lets you adjust the color of your face to do makeup — easier than trying to do it in a car mirror, and much more accurate.
For video conferencing on a laptop, you need to get past the idea that the hole in the clip MUST go over the camera hole. In reality, you adjust it for where the darkness falls on your face — move it left and right as needed. It also tilts.
For people who do professional videos with their phones, this device has an expandable holder for tripods. It will hold your phone sideways/lengthwise. I don’t know if it will hold the latest huge iPhone.
It charges via USB2 (cable included) or USB C (cable not included).
The price is right, and the light is good.
