I decided to get this phone is acceptable condition, and was not disappointed. The phone battery health came in at 85%. I was impressed to see the cameras, speakers, and charging ports were all in great working order. The phone itself was well packaged and included a charger, and charging brick. There were some scuffs on the metal frame of the phone, but both front and back glass panels arrived uncracked. I couldn’t be happier with this purchasing experience.

Wow. I was skeptical at first, but was willing to take the leap of faith with a refurbished phone versus paying an obscene amount at a carrier store. And Im glad I did. Absolutely nothing wrong with the phone. Not a single blemish, battery life is great, connects just fine. If you were to place this side by side with a “new” model from a store, you couldnt tell.

Who’s expecting good condition but was so surprised that the phone was actually in like really really good condition like I would even call it excellent. Now yes the battery is at 83%, but it doesn’t bother me because if you go to an Apple store it would cost around like $90 that’s no biggie at all. But phone works pretty good and looks beautiful 🙂

For $300 it was a great deal.
Battery health was at 85 %, the metal blue frame had micro scratches, but the thing that really bothered me was that the packaging was extremely poor, a cardboard box that had a piece of paper, and the phone wrapped in very thin bubble wrap, the packaging could be way better

This is a first time buying a phone from this company and I was surprised by the fast delivery and quality of the phone. The phone itself is in excellent condition, it looks like new! The battery charges very quickly and holds a charge for a long time. I recommend it to everyone

some context: Ive been using my note 8 for the past 6 years and needed a new phone that would last me at least 3-4 years. after doing a lot of research i found that my best option was getting an iphone 12 mini. overall im happy with the device BUT there are some nicks and scratches here and there. It also didnt come with a sim ejector which makes no sense in the current year and just made switching from my old phone a little bit harder than it should have been.

I bought this phone in excellent condition about 6 months ago and have been using it daily since. I’m a teenager and I’m on my phone pretty regularly. It had 100% battery capacity when I bought it, which since dropped to 98%, which isn’t terrible. About a week ago my phone randomly died and restarted, which was weird because it was on full battery, but I thought maybe it updated or something. When it restarted it read as “0% battery” and I kept getting “Important Battery Messages”. Basically, my battery suddenly completely died, and every time I’d turn my phone on it’d last about a minute before dying and restarting again. It wouldn’t charge at all so I powered it off fully. I took it to get fixed yesterday and paid about $120 for a full battery replacement. Other than the battery, it’s an excellent phone and I have no complaints. I love the features and camera. So anyways, be mindful buying that you get what you pay for when buying a refurbished phone, and no used phone you buy will be perfect.

About 2 weeks ago I ordered a 12 mini and after receiving it i was disappointed to find that the product wasn’t working in a fully functioning order. The audio wasn’t playing from the bottom speaker. After addressing the situation i reached out to the company for a exchange for a functioning phone. About 24hrs later they responded saying they would give me an exchange free of charge. Im extremely impressed considering i didn’t have to pay a dime to send the broken phone back. And the best part is that the replacement came in better condition on the outside. Would recommend just be aware that you might not receive a functional phone. 100% Will buy from them again!
