It’s a great phone but it’s small other than that a great buy for the price.

The phone to be unlocked in its description but when I got it, it was for only for Verizon network only. So I returned it.

I don’t like nor dislike this phone, gets the job done. It works with tello, mint, T-Mobile, and att. I’m not sure about any other Carrier. Be aware that this phone has metro Pcs apps all over the place (you can uninstall them) overall a really good phone!

I can use the phone with wifi but my service provider was unable to connect it to my daughter’s phone number and make or receive calls or texts. I have the same phone on my line, but apparently the last service provider locked the device because the previous user didn’t pay their bill. Seller didn’t know how to send the service provider a message to get it unlocked.

Says in details it is unlocked for all networks gsm. It wasn’t and the carrier won’t unlock without original owner permission. :/ spent a long time looking and reading phone details and this phone is useless to me. So frustrating that these phones are hit or miss and nobody verifies if the phone is unlocked. 🙁
