The phone came and there was an empty hole where the Sim card tray inserts. I had to order a Sim card tray to fix it.

Got my wife an A54 for Mother’s Day, so when my phone started acting up, I was already familiar with the capabilities and value of this phone. When I found this renewed, Verizon locked version for just over $200, I had to take the chance. I looks brand new and is fully functional. Been a happy Verizon customer for years and have no plans on going elsewhere.

This Galaxy A54 5G was in perfect condition. Up and running in minutes with no problems. Apps and settings from the old phone xfered seamlessly. A great phone for the $$$.

This was my first time buying a “renewed” item from Amazon and I was very skeptical about what I would get. My suspicion grew even more when the phone was shipped from Tracy (which is about 40 miles from where I live) all the way down to San Diego. I was certain the phone would be lost and I would never see it. However, to my surprise the phone was delivered on time. And when I opened the box the phone looked brand new. Seriously, there were no scratches, dents or any blemishes of any kind. Still I thought there must be something wrong with it, like the battery or something else. I am pleased to say that I have used the phone for couple days now and the battery is fine and I cannot find any problems at all with the phone. I received a great phone at a great price. Previous owner did not finish paying for the phone so it was blacklisted by Verizon. When I tried to activate the phone I lost all Verizon service for 24 hours for fraudulent activity. Was on the phone with Verizon for hours trying to get back service.
