I read several of the reviews here before buying from this retailer but still got caught having to scramble in order to be able to use this phone. I came into this knowing that the A54 is a good value, and some reviews here stated that their phone came with Spanish as the default language so I sort of expected that. The package came with an insert saying that is the phone had spanish as the default, you can go to settings/languages and change it to your language, but when you’re looking at a page of spanish options making that change seems a little daunting! Also, the phone takes you thru a setup in spanish before you can get to the point of making a language change. The seller should have anticipated this and provided better instructions, but I didn’t take any stars off for this because it’s not the fault of the phone itself! Just so you know, when you eventually get to the settings page, look for “idioma” to add English and make it your default.
Once you get thru converting to English, this is just like any other A54. It’s a competent smart phone in its own right, and most people wouldn’t know the difference between this and a medium-price smart phone. I won’t give it a full review here because there are plenty of reviews elsewhere, but it’s a very nice phone in a comfortable size. Is it as good as a S23 or iphone 15; No, but it’s about half the cost AND it has a memory slot of you run out of memory! Nice!

I ordered this phone used “like new” at an amazing price and it did come like new. It still had its original plastic on the sides, the box was perfect with all its contents intact. As for performance? So far so good, I’ve had it for about a working week and it’s had no issues,
not laggy as some said and very beautiful display. The camera is great in all sorts of lighting and takes great pix. The speakers work well too and with my Buds 2 Pro it lets them sound amazing. When u first start it up it let’s u transfer everything from your previous phone to this new one just by scanning a QR code, super easy and fast to set up. It also advertised a 25 watt fast charger and it did come with both the cable and brick. Overall I’m very very happy with this phone and seller.

I’m not one to get excited about a new phone. To me it’s a big pain to get it all set up and everything running. I wish phones would at least come with instructions on how to turn them on and off!

Note 10 plus was failing, was going to go with the galaxy S23, decided to save cash with this phone, suprised and shocked. Everything great, fast, great graphics, great battery it last 3 days easy.

I spent more than 36 hours on chat trying to get Samsung Support to email me the Verification Code that I need to complete my phone setup. (I can’t receive the Verification Code via SMS … because my new phone isn’t functional!)
The ‘award-winning’ Samsung Chat is hopeless: you’ll start with a 9-hour wait to start (the std excuse: abnormal volumes); and if you’re not standing-by the ‘human’ will reset your wait time. The human won’t read your messages or requests and act on them (even when they’re repeated in the chat).
What’s worse is two different people from SamsungUS (Adonis/Ron) acknowledged my problem on Twitter, but then passed-the-buck: They refused to contact a ‘special issues’ dept on my behalf to expedite the resolution of this unnecessary problem and keep me out of another endless queue.
For a product that costs hundreds of dollars, this is unacceptable customer service!
This is a deliberate business decision by Samsung: it’s cheaper to lose some customers for life than to take care of them.
After this nightmare, I can’t imagine buying another Samsung product;

Got my phone on a Black Friday deal and I’m very happy with it. I keep my phones for a long time and like to purchase them outright, so this A54 hit all the marks for me. Camera quality is great. Volume on calls is good, but ringtone and alerts are somewhat faint. I don’t game on it, so nothing to share regarding that. It does hold a charge for longer than 24hrs. Was also easy to set up by installing SIM and SD card for additional storage. Felt a but heavier than I anticipated but not a draw back. Good screen brightness and can set it to adapt to indoors vs outdoors.

Very good photo, not to expensive. It’s fast enough to search for applications or use the Internet. This phone has very good camera. And what’s best is that it has external memory, so you can expand the phone’s memory by adding an SD card. this is a big saving than paying an extra $200 for more memory in your phone.
