Phone works great but even though it is unlocked for all carriers unless I’m on Wi-Fi I get no data signal. Can’t use internet unless on Wi-Fi

I purchased this phone for its affordability. It easily meets my daily needs, is made of high quality and durable materials, and has a clean and beautiful design with attention to detail. Overall, this phone is an excellent choice for budget-conscious consumers. Whether it’s quality materials, attractive looks, or a full range of features, this product has it all without putting too much pressure on the wallet.

First, it is not noted in the description, but it also has an additional 64GB micro SD card. BUT it states that this is an android 13 phone, but it shows up as android 10 when adding my Gmail account. The “easter egg” is not the actual Android 13. Lastly, neither the OS nor the play store will update from the December 2020 security patch. Needless to say, I plan on returning this falsley advertised phone.
If the seller wants to explain what’s going on with this and how to fix, I may consider keeping and editing my review.
