This is not a great phone. I use my phone for delivery and gig work so I wanted something newer and more reliable than my 5T from 2017. I wanted something with a good camera and good connection ability so when I found this one and saw the low price, I looked up reviews to make sure it was decent enough. This 2021 phone was actually worse than my 6 year old phone. I’d frequently lose service while in stores where my older 4g wouldn’t lose connection. My apps would frequently crash or freeze and if I’d even switch apps for just a few seconds then go back, the page would reset and I’d lose my place or it’d log me out. This affected my work and caused me to lose a lot of money due to the poor connection and slow os. The camera isn’t that great either. I was also sent a Samsung charger with this phone, for some reason. It also made my OnePlus Buds Z2 sound like the audio was coming out of a tin can if I ever took one ear bud out and it’d sometimes even sound like that momentarily with both in. So weird. I don’t like giving one star reviews because surely things can’t be completely all bad but I don’t think there was anything positive about this phone. I don’t think I’d even keep this if I didn’t need it for work because of how slow it is. Now I understand why it’s so cheap.

Upon setting up my renewed nord one plus 200 phone, I attempted to make and or send messages and to my dismay the volume or sound notifications are non functioning. I cannot send VM or receive calls as the ring tone is non existent. Further I am not able to use my personal SIM card as the phone is locked. I am disappointed with this order and will attempt to return it for credit.

It’s a great phone this is my second one first one lasted a little over 5 years just got slow sound is real good never had problems with the battery and easy to open with face and fingerprint sensor still have the old one use it to listen to music would buy again

The phone arrived in perfect condition. It functions flawlessly. It is exactly as described. However it is locked to T-Mobile. The embedded software function will not unlock it. It will not work for Mint mobile, therefore I suspect it will not work for any MVNO that uses T-Mobile’s network. This phone is for T-Mobile only. As a result I had to return and purchase a phone that is unlocked for all carriers. OnePlus especially makes every version of their phone in an unlocked format.

My son is very low demand but for me, I push my devices to the max. Studying, writing books, using AI, compiling music and running tasks in background.
This phone is great for the money. I have demands that are beyond it’s reach. I do have a theory.

Phone arrived in really nice condition. Hand Andriod 11, which updated to 12 after connected to the internet.
Arrived Network Locked to T-Mobile.
Not sure yet if I will be able to get them to unlock it or if I will have to return it.

My previous phone lasted a months and a half and it fried. I didn’t drop it or physically break it. It cost me three times as much as this one and it literally, in real life, fried because of poorly designed and even more poorly manufactured garbage with the most annoying anime and manufacturer GUI stuck on it with no option or hack to remove it.
I’m an adult and my One Plus Nord N200 5G feels like it was made for me, an adult who uses a phone to do things like call, text, and use a ton of high powered apps, save far too many errantly snapped pictures, leave a dozen or more webpages open, and not do anything to truly “care” for their phone. Hey, I did my part with a screen protector and a case, right? One Plus did an amazing job of providing a great performing product at a seriously fantastic price that made sense. By the way, that’s called a “value” for anyone who can’t remember that far back or wasn’t blessed with memories from before they were born. One Plus did something that is no longer offered by providing their customers with a ‘value’ to gain something also forgotten about called ‘customer satisfactoon’ which over time becomes what might seem like witchcraft or fantasy, but believe me, this is true, they are building ‘product loyalty’. I know! It’s insane and we’ve only heard myth and legend, but trust me, if they provide a product, like my One Plus Nord N200 5G, and I like it, chances are, I’ll return to One Plus for my next product before I look at their competition.
(Follow me on this concept because it might require faith.) Let’s say I get two good products in a row from One Plus.
What happens when a friend asks who Iight recommend when they are looking for a product?

If I go back to One Plus to see what they have first (hold on to your hats for this next part), that would mean… I’M LOYAL!!!! CUSTOMER LOYALTY!!!
It exists, One Plus has my satisfaction and will probably gain my loyalty after a few more products that I hopefully won’t need soon.
